We are looking for a motivated and experienced Operations Associate to join our team! As an Operations Associate, you will be responsible for performing administrative tasks and assisting in managing daily business operations of our company.
Capabilities & Requirements:
Performing administrative duties including answering phones, scheduling appointments, etc.
Supporting the operations manager with the enforcement of company policies and standards.
Tracking daily operations and reporting or resolving issues.
Identify process efficiencies within the service center and to take corrective action to implement change.
Cooperate with different departments to improve business operations.
Bachelor's degree in business preferred.
Minimum 1 years experience in a professional business environment.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
